Certified Public Accountant and Statutory Auditor
Certified Public Accountant, auditor, enrolled on the Bologna Register of Certified Public Accountants since 1991.
He graduated in Economics and Business from the University of Bologna in 1990.
He gained two years’ experience in the Auditing department at the Bologna office of Arthur Andersen.
He began working as a consultant for Studio Serantoni e Associati in 1992. He became an associate partner in 2000.
He has developed experience in accounting, tax and corporate consultancy and has worked and still works as an auditor for various companies.
He gained a Master’s in International Tax Law, Extraordinary Operations and IAS / IFRS International Accounting Standards, and attended various specialisation courses in the tax, corporate and business fields.
He mainly deals with fiscal and corporate consultancy, business assistance, company valuations, and extraordinary corporate operations at national and international level. He has assisted and coordinated, as advisor to the company and ownership, in the listing process of major companies on the Italian Stock Exchange.
He has been the Chair of the Bologna Register of Certified Public Accountants and Accounting Experts.
He speaks fluent German and English.
